LINCOLN DIAS

Brazil, 1962

Visual artist, PhD in Communication and Semiotics from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, and professor of drawing and painting at the Department of Visual Arts of the Federal University of Espírito Santo, Brazil. His work encompasses painting, drawing,
collage, and photography. He also works as a curator and researches the relationship between drawing and contemporaneity in the field of visual arts.

 

Recent Activities

2026 – Participation in the group exhibition "Art in Every Sense" – Works from the Ronaldo Domingues de Almeida Collection. Espírito Santo Art Museum, Vitória (Espírito Santo, Brazil)

2025 – Participation in the group exhibition “Paradoxes, cycles and bifurcations”, Sur Gallery (Barcelona, Spain)
2024 – Article published in Farol Journal (Federal University of Espírito Santo, Brazil) – est modus in rebus: degree, measure, exactness (Espírito Santo, Brazil)
2024 – Participation in the group exhibition “Fireflies: like stars in the night”, Sur Gallery (Barcelona,Spain)
2023 – Member of the selection committee for the CowParade Vitória project (Espírito Santo, Brazil)
